Why is there frosting and lumps on the candle top?
This is perfectly normal and will not affect the burn efficiency of the scented candle.

How long should I burn my candle?
When lighting for the first time, burn until wax melts across entire surface to the sides of vessel. We suggest to burn the candle no less than 1-2 hours and no more that 4 hours at a time.

Are your products cruelty-free?
Absolutely, we do not test our products and ingredients on animals and we do not allow this to be done by any third parties.
